Yunnan Silver Pekoe is an aromatic green tea from Yunnan province, China. The Yunnan Silver Pekoe harvest season is early spring, the tea has plenty of white buds and the best leaf tips. The drink is quite mild and aromatic, and has a light golden yellow color.
Brewing time 1-3 minutes, water temperature 75-80 degrees, dosage 1 teaspoon/cup or 4-5 teaspoons per liter.
